When Minneapolis Brewer and part owner of Fulton Beer, Mikko Salo, was looking for a niche brand for his test batches and short run experiments, Mikko's Private Stock was born. We wanted to create a system inspired by his Finnish heritage that would be flexible enough to encompass everything he could dream up for ingredients or products. Not limited to beer, Mikko's Private stock has released small batches of Sima and bitters.
